Behind the image: Designing this image for the Red Hot Chili Peppers was a lot of fun. My inspiration came from an interview with Anthony Kiedis, where he candidly shared his sobriety journey. Additionally, I delve into the band's history and their battles with substance abuse, learning that they have all embraced clean living. This transformation inspired me to visualize their renewed energy being infused into the music, spreading a positive influence to their fans worldwide.
As someone on a similar journey of sobriety, I was drawn to the idea of channeling that into my work. I wanted to create something ornate, hoping viewers could lose themselves in the intricate line work. My goal was to provide a meditative experience, allowing minds to relax and find a moment of inner peace.
